These terms govern your use of Considy, operated by [Cipher Concierge Group Pty Ltd], ABN [pending].
Considy connects members with independent third-party vendors via an AI concierge, Alina, over WhatsApp. Considy facilitates requests and payments but is not the provider of the underlying goods or services (restaurants, flights, hotels, deliveries, etc.) — vendors are responsible for fulfilment.
Your first request is free. From your second request onward, an active membership is required — a one-time payment of AUD $10 for 6 months or AUD $15 for 12 months (or the local currency equivalent shown to you before you pay). Before any charge, you will be asked to explicitly confirm which plan you want — nothing is charged without that confirmation.
Membership is a single payment, not a recurring subscription — it does not renew or charge you again automatically. Once your access period ends, you can simply make another one-time payment to continue. No refund is given once a membership payment has been made, including if you stop using the service before your access period ends.
For bookings (dining, aviation, hotels, transport, yacht/marine, relocation), a refundable-against-final-bill deposit may be charged to confirm your request. For deliveries and procurement, you pay the vendor's quoted amount in full before fulfilment.
Considy charges vendors a 10% commission on bookings. Delivery/procurement requests carry no Considy commission.
Considy is not liable for the acts or omissions of independent vendors. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to Considy for the relevant request.
