These Terms of Service govern your use of Consiere, operated by Cipher Concierge Group Pty Ltd (ACN pending) ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Consiere is an AI-powered personal concierge service. Our AI assistant Alina facilitates service requests between members and third-party vendors. We act as an intermediary and are not directly responsible for vendor services.
Consiere offers Free (2 requests/month), Standard ($9/month + GST, 9 requests/month), and Premium ($29/month + GST, unlimited requests) plans. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your portal — access continues until the end of the billing period.
Vendors listed on Consiere are independent businesses. We facilitate introductions and payments but do not guarantee vendor availability, quality, or pricing. A 10-15% service fee applies to all vendor transactions processed through Cipher Pay.
You may not use Consiere for illegal purposes, to harass vendors or staff, to submit fraudulent requests, or to attempt to circumvent our payment systems.
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable. For vendor service disputes, contact us at hello@consiere.com.au within 7 days of the completed service.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Cipher Concierge Group Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Consiere or vendor services arranged through our platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
